for variable pitch & reverse

Shift-E-1 to open right front door
Shift-E-2 to open right side door
Shift-2 for radio stack
Shift-3 for GPS

Nav light switch (L) to hide/show pilot 
Pan up for trim wheel, down for gear and flap levers
Gear lever (left) forward for down
Flap lever (right) toward seat for up

Take off:

  Set trim wheel at 4 lines down from top

  Land- let tail come up then rotate at 65 kts, use 10 deg
  flaps for short field

  Water- 10 deg flaps, rotate at 65 kts

Climb at 65 kts

Cruise 2150 rpm, about 95 kts

Landing:

  Land- 1700 rpm, gear down, 10 deg flaps, 70 kts on final,
  land on main wheels and hold nose down until tail settles

  Water- 1700 rpm, gear up, 10 deg flaps, 70 kts on final
